The shop is open as normal during the Coronavirus lock-down but we are limiting 2 customers in the shop at one time.  We have hand sanitiser at the door as you enter the shop and we would appreciate you adhering to the 2 meter rule when queuing outside or inside the shop.

If you require delivery of your shopping we can take payment via bank transfer so you do not have to pass any money to our driver.  Please ask for our bank details prior to delivery.

Our delivery driver will keep their distance when dropping off your shopping.

We appreciate this is a stressful time for many and we will do our best to provide the goods you need and deliver them safely to your home.

Have you tried using the search facility in the menu and footer of the website.  We have so many items in our shop they may not have been added to the website yet so if you still can’t find the item please send us a message or phone us 01653 690039 we will do our best to help you.  You can also put a note in the Order Notes field at the bottom of the Shipping/Delivery page during checkout.

If there is an ingredient that you would like to see us stock please complete our Ingredient Request Form and we will see what we can do. We love trying new flavours and ingredients, and introducing new items.

YES absolutely, we would even encourage you to bring your own containers in to the shop – every little helps to reduce our carbon footprint.

YES, you can place an order online and choose Collect from the Shop at checkout.  We are open Monday to Saturday 8:45am – 5pm.

How to find us

We are situated in the heart of Malton (Yorkshire’s food capital) on St Michael Street opposite the library.

As soon as your order is ready we will notify you to say it is ready to collect or if you are having it delivered an estimated delivery time.

We deliver within the Ryedale area for a charge of £3 and a minimum online order of £10.  The delivery option is available at checkout for the following postcodes YO17*, YO18*, YO60* and YO62*.

We have to cover the cost of a driver and we keep our prices low, we dont hide the delivery charge by putting the price of the product up to cover the cost.

YES.  If your items have already been paid for our delivery driver can leave your shopping in a safe area, during the online checkout process just leave us a message in the Order Notes (optional) box at the bottom of the Shipping/Delivery address page.

If you require a different quantity than is available online please contact the shop 01653 690039 or leave a message during the checkout in the Order Notes box at the bottom of the Shipping/Delivery page.

Yes.  Once you have created an account with Scoops you can add products to your favourites list by clicking the Favourites button at the bottom of each product page.  Also, when you have completed an order the products you have bought will automatically be added to your favourites list for easier purchasing of your next order.

We deliver within the Ryedale area of North Yorkshire.  If your postcode is in the YO17, YO18, YO60 and YO62 areas then a delivery option should be available at checkout.  Unfortunately we don’t deliver outside this area at present but you are more than welcome to collect from our shop.

You also need to have a minimum order of £10 in your shopping basket.

Don’t worry!  Just click on the shop or search for a product, your items will remain in the cart until you are ready to checkout.

In the menu at the top of the page there is a magnifying glass icon, click on that and then search for a product, products will automatically appear as you start typing.  There is also a search box at the bottom right hand side of every page.
